Amazing place to spend the day relaxing. Don't miss the Turkish bath and relaxation room. Food is delicious(the Kharcho soup is our favorites)their alcohol and alcohol drink menu is expansive. A must in the area of you like day spas and saunas
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.. THE WHOLE POINT OF GOING TO A SPA IS TO ENJOY A NICE RELAXING DAY INSTEAD WHAT YOU GET IS A VERY RUDE INATTENTIVE STAFF NOT VERY WELCOMING OR FRIENDLY WHAT SO EVER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL IN ALL. FRONT DESK RUDE. WAITERS RUDE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!
Needed to write an amazing review where one is due. I recently had a massage by Dima .. and he is amazing!!!! Had many massages in the past and nothing compares! You must go try him out !
Great Russian Banya (sauna), good food and drinks. Kids (7 to 13 years old) love this place. Crazy around winter holidays. Service needs a lot of improvement, they are really slow to get the fresh towels and waiters need a manager. They are running around like chickens.
Looked nice. We arrived with our two big bags and carry-on luggage, looking to kill some time, get some treatment and just relax before flying back home. The guy behind the counter didn't understand our need to store the luggage and didn't appear service minded at all. He ended up saying that we could put our bags anywhere we like, just not here. Nice. Two stats cause it looked like a good place.
