My car comes out like brand new from Big Ed's Car Wash. It is the best place in NJ. They are professional & caring. I wouldnt go to any other place. They have a really cute store, even stuff for my dog !
I had a problem with a oil changes I had done a few months ago at Big Ed's. Oil was leaking and I had no other choice to add in 4 quarts of oil because there was nothing left in there. I called and spoke to Ed and Matt. I explained the situation and told them that no one has touched my SUV other then them. Long story short they fixed the problem. A whole new oil change was done along with Matt and Mark explaining everything to me. I was very happy and will continue to get my service done with them. But as I told Matt and Mark ( who calls themselves the M&M's) that no one is to touch my SUV unless it's one of them. Ed, Matt and Mark........ Thank you again for correcting the situation. I truly do appreciated it.
I absolutely love Big Eds. Everyone is so kind & helpful. I had so many packages with me & they helped carry all my bags to the lobby, then loaded them back in the car when everything was done - Now that is service. And my car never looked better even smelled like mint inside. The waiting area /store is so much fun, comfortable environment , spotless. Love this place !
Ed & Simon did a fantastic job on my M4. I have a black car and tons of swirls so they suggested a clay bar treatment. And the results exceeded my expectations . The swirls are gone and my car looks great ! I highly recommend Big Eds in Fair Lawn. They are honest and meticulous and extremely hard working staff. They worked on my car for four hours. I've had quite a few details with this car and now I'm only going to Big Eds. I can say with great confidence that Ed and the team are truly the best in the business .
Big Ed’s is a true car care expert . I’ve been frequenting the establishment since the first day they opened. What a class act operation. It does not even feel like a chore to have to get the car washed when I go to Big Ed’s it’s truly an experience. I also dropped my wife’s car off for a detail because we spilled milk in the back carpets. The detailer was able to get all the stains out and remove the sour smell. This is the only car wash I will ever allow to handle my car. Did I mention probably the nicest people you will ever meet. So re-freshing to be welcomed with a smile. Keep up the fantastic work , truly the best in Bergen County.
