Honestly THE BEST office I have ever brought my children too . Super nice, Very accommodating. The office is always clean . Always available to see my children with no problem . I love them all . I would recommend this office to everyone i know
Although the doctors at PediatriCare Associates are top notch, the billing department's ability to work with patients and varying financial situations is seriously deficient. PediatriCare dropped my infant and tween children and refused basic medical care. If you have a high deductible insurance plan, go elsewhere. If you are experiencing a lapse in coverage or have a policy from the ACA health insurance marketplace, go elsewhere. Do not expect to get assistance if you pay your medical bills in cash. This office is not about medicine - it's about money. This corporation will send your bill to an attorney and you will be sued promptly. You have been warned.

The staff is great, Doctor Shaffi is one of the best. In General this is a great place to take your kids. From Customer service to visits they have always been polite and helpful.
The office manager Linda in the Fairlawn office is very abrupt and nasty when speaking to patients. She rushes you off the phone without any questions being answered. To have 20+ years of experience, and working in a pediatric environmenent, you would think she would be a bit more professional and friendly.
