I'm always very reluctant to try new providers. I used to live in another part of NY and was very happy with my Ortho PA.
Waited 2 hours for a minute doctor visit. This is the second time I've waited here for over an hour. If your going to see Dr.Snyder use his Clifton office. This rating is for the office not Dr.Snyder he was great.
Outstanding! Office Staff and Radiology were very polite and friendly.
Most of the staff was great. However surgical coordinator was completely unprofessional. My surgery was cancelled because no one checked my blood work results for almost 3 weeks. The office had them June 28th and on July 17th at 4pm I was told there was a problem. They acted as if it was my fault. Doctor still has NOT called. Needless to say I didn't reschedule surgery with them.
Liked Dr. Bernstein but met him early August and they still didn't schedule my surgery. The staff did a poor job with me. I was told by the Dr. they could do it out of Valley Hospital only to be told by the staff that's a problem so they put me on the pay no mind list. I actually got a date in September but had another injury and had to cancel...so now I'm back on the pay no mind list considering it is Halloween and still no surgery date. Wish this staff actually cared about it's patients. If the knee hurts some more I'll find someone else I would do so as well if you read this.
Very thankful for my appointment today, my only regret is not making an appointment sooner.
I was really happy with the doctor who completed my surgery. However, I was forced to find another doctor for after care because of office disorganization. The office rescheduled one of my appointments 4 or 5 times. I called the morning of my final rescheduled appointment to confirm it wasn't changed again and they said all was good. However, when I showed up to the appointment, the doctor had left for the day. After my next appointment was rescheduled multiple times and another month went by, I was forced to find a new doctor. When my dad tried to address some of the scheduling concerns after an appointment and asked to speak with someone at the office, his calm "hi my name is" was met with a threat to call the police should he not leave the office immediately :( Again, I very much liked my doctor, but would not recommend and will not be returning to Garden State Orthopedics because of my bad experience with office staff.
My appointment with William Thomson, PA could not have gone better. He has a great personality. He is a very skilled provider and listened to my input on my symptoms and included me in deciding how to proceed with my treatment plan.
