Summary: Great delivery guy, decent food, rude management and botched orders.
Ordering was easy and delivery was fast.
The service is great and so is the food. Never had a problem. I drive out of my way just to get some food from here.
The second time, I just wanted to refuse delivery and get my money back that I had just trustingly given the guy, but the lady who answers their phone and apparently runs the restaurant instructed the delivery guy not to give me my money back and that (I kid you not) I should come see them.

To me, that's pretty horrible business, and people don't need that kind of hassle. I think the delivery guy communicated with his boss just how displeased I was and that it might well impact their business with others at my workplace, because later she tried calling me (I hung up) and they sent something in a bag for me which I just immediately threw away without even opening it.
Verdict: Not recommended.
Honestly, if it were a single occasion, I could let it slide. It was rude and unprofessional, but life happens and people have off days. But one week an order and then the same issue the next week, plus refusing to refund me and take back the food? Maybe a change of heart only after realizing they might lose more than one customer over it? To me, on principle alone, that strongly suggests that this is just a place not to be recommended.
Pros: Their shirmp rolls and their wonton soup are very good, and they have an awesome delivery guy.
Cons: Anything else I've tried from them is not bad but not great, but most significant is that two orders in a row they messed up my order and argued with me over the phone.
We started ordering from here when we moved to Fair Lawn a few years ago. We now have relocated about 20 minutes away but we still go back because they have the best take-out ever. Our favorites are bone-in spare ribs, Singapore mei fun, general tso's chicken. As for what a previous reviewer mentioned, of all the years I have ordered from here, not once have they messed up our order!
But the food is no good!!! Had to throw out both meals. No taste, so bland and absolutely not spicy!!! The egg rolls are not any better/ refried and super oily with no taste!
