Best storage around. Super friendly and helpful people behind the desk. Always clean. Great access hours. Pricing doesn't change every month. Moved out of public storage because they constantly raised rates with no warning. Life Storage has plenty of dollies to move your stuff. The front office has everything you could possibly need. Love this place!
Over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I went to my storage unit on the second floor to find that the elevator does not work. Had to find the staircase in a darkened area, where signage was lacking. Had to make a number of trips due to using the staircase and not having a working elevator. Now a few days later, I'm told the elevator is working but not properly. Good luck if you get stuck in this elevator!
Once again I went to the storage unit and the elevator was out of order. The office was closed. I had no choice but to climb the staircase multiple times because I had to empty my SUV. The office had told me that the elevator was fixed. This is the third time since Thanksgiving that the elevator has broken and no one is accountable. Corporate e-mailed me that someone would call me to discuss this matter. To date no one has called. No surprise! Only reason that I gave it one star was because I had to in order to write a post!

I love this location is very convenient between home, work, the grocery store and even the pharmacy. The people there are very friendly and patient. The grounds are very neatly kept and I love that I can go to my unit after 6 p.m. and holidays as well and most importantly feel safe. Oh yeah and if you set up your unit online you get a free month. How great is that!!
I would highly recommend people to go anywhere but here as I get nothing more for the higher cost. In fact I am looking to move to a different storage company, but it is a hassle to move everything. Cost of living has not gone up much, but cost of Life Storage has gone through the roof.
Have very little involvement with the people running the place recently, but when I did a few years back those here at the time were very pleasant to work with. However, rates have skyrocketed in recent years and in the last three years they rose about 60%.
