Terrible customer service. The older gentleman that works had bad attitude and seem like he didn't want to help. I expected better serviceespecially in Fairlawn.
Just downright rude worker at the desk. Went in and asked a simple question for a customs form. The response I received was completely uncalled for. Fist, i was told i didnt need to wait on line because i had a pre paid package. I explained I had a question. I was asked, "Does this look like kinkos?" Second, i asked for a customs form to ship overseas. Response, smugly was, "Well, do you have a computer?" Yes I do, "well then print it out." Ok, but I'm here can I just have the form. Response, "Do you have a computer, print it out." Great customer service...if you hate your job that much quit...
Do not go here. I was greeted by a rude clerk who told me she's going on break and walked away. Waited there for about 10 minutes, at which point a line formed and the other customers were getting pretty upset. When Eleanor finally came back, I was told I have to step to the side so others who came after me can be helped. One of the upset customers had a very thick accent and was telling the clerk that it's wrong to leave the front desk unattended. The clerk then replied, "in this country we take breaks" along with other rude comments. Very nasty people that work at this place.
Send small package today ( June, 27 2017) .What's happened with nice people who work in this office couple of month ago. Today it was the most unpleasant experience!! If this people just really does not like there job or they just does not like people(customers!!)
Nasty lady with a disgusting attitude. Not helpful AT ALL who gives you sarcastic responses.
