Had flowers delivered to me from someone out of state. Very poor quality, very sad looking arrangement. Flowers started to die next day.
I told them that I was only looking to spend about $30 and they quickly put together a bouquet to meet that goal. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a lovely bouquet. You have the option to choose your own flowers or to allow them to chose for you. They have a wide variety of seasonal flowers and since it's fall right now there were a lot of oranges and deep reds.
Recently ordered flowers to be delivered to a church for memorial service. Flowers were not delivered which was an embarrassment to our family. Called the following day to see what happened. Owner yelled at me saying he has never made a mistake in 30 years. Did not apologize and said that I was at fault and had given the wrong day and date to a funeral of a family member that I attended. Horrible customer experience. He did reimburse me.
to get new flowers. Did not want to tell the sender of the flowers to make them feel bad.
They have cards and stuffed animals as well, but they all seemed to be old and faded/dirty so I wouldn't recommend getting those from here unless you're really in a crunch.
I always love finding small businesses where the owners are proud of their work. While this place isn't the most appealing to the eye as you enter, they create beautiful bouquets both for pre-order and on the spot. It's definitely more expensive than your typical florist or supermarket but they work around your budget and try to accommodate you as much as possible.
Did call them to let them know..they offered to replace but the surprise thought from the giver was already done so it was not necessary to me
Asked for a specific delivery DATE & was delivered a day early. Called to see what happened and they apologized and said another would go out on the correct date. Come to find out from the recipient they called & asked her if they could pick up the flowers so they could bring back tomorrow. Seriously?!?! Way to surprise someone. Never again.
